the brain is the only important part of our healthy precious body. brain have full control in our body. A body without a brain is the only corpse. If the mind will not work properly then how can we expect the body to do the right thing?

Our mind has to take full care of our body, so if our mind is healthy here, now we can adopt some good ways to keep it healthy, so what is the evil in that? there is a lot of good healthy point for taking care of our own mind, here I discuss with you some of them which are easy and very polite for your hobbies.

as we all know during COVID-19 pandemic there are lots of cases we heard about the mental health of the peoples who stuck in their home from the beginning time of coronavirus pandemic. peoples suffer from mental health because almost works cover by employees from the home and due to lockdown no one has permission to comes out from their home. it hard for everyone to adopt a new daily life suddenly, but we have to live with these changes and new principles of life.

The new realities of working from home, temporary unemployment, home-schooling of children, and lack of physical contact with other family members, friends and colleagues take time for this sudden change. Adapting to lifestyle changes such as these, and managing the fear of weakening the virus and worry about people close to us who are particularly unsafe, are challenging for all of us. a good diet is very important to sustain a healthy mental situation. so Eating well is not just important for our bodies, but it's also important for our minds. Several mineral deficiencies, such as iron and vitamin B12 deficiencies, can give us a low mood. Try to eat a balanced diet. If you find you're a particularly stressed or anxious person, you should try limiting or cutting out caffeine as this can make you feel tense and anxious.

Make an effort to keep good relationships and talk to people whenever you get the opportunity. Having friends is essential not just for your self-esteem, but also for giving support when you're not feeling too great. Analysis has found that talking to others for just ten minutes can improve memory and test records!
in this modern time, we all have lots of tools for connecting with our close friend's as well as a family member. no matter where they are even they are in America, or In  India.
